Installation
The first vent is nailed to the top of the fascia at the right hand edge of the eave and then subsequent units fixed continuously along the fascia. Felt is brought over tilting fillet and Fascia Vent, and run into the gutter as normal. When using the 25mm vent ensure the felt finishes on the leading edge of the vent to maintain a clear air path. In the case of the 10mm vent, make sure that gutter bracket spacers provided are in position. Full instructions provided with each pack. Easily installed unit providing eaves ventilation over the fascia in new build or re-roofing situations. The 25mm vent is specifically designed for use in situations where the insulation is positioned between the rafters and on flat roofs and roof pitches below 15° (both at edges and at abutments).
